We have included shipping costs in most of our products for within the continental United States. Of course downloadable products have none. Other items are heavy and that reflects in the cost. Products will be shipped within 2 business days of your order unless they need to be backordered. This will be accomplished via standard USPS, UPS or ground LTL. Faster shipping, or pickup at our office in Northwood, NH, can be arranged. On heavy items, we may be able to provide you for you an additional discount, negotiated on a case-by-case basis for pick up at our shop. Faster shipping will probably cost more.
Some items may be marked as Shipping Extra. These are bulky and/or heavy items that may be impractical to ship via traditional methods. Call us at 1-800-729-0388 and we can discuss how we can get these to you.
Returns:
If a product is defective within the warranty period, we will work with you to be sure that you receive a working product or prompt repair. Return freight is your responsibility.
If the product just does not suit your needs, a minimum 15% restock fee will be charged for a returned item. The restock fee will be established when the item is returned. Ideally, the item is resellable when it returns. We are not a big box store and this is reflected in the quality of our products.
Finally, we are real people. We aim to satisfy realistic clients.
